1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using EckoSpace, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional rules, policies, or feature-specific notices shown inside the platform. If you do not agree, you should not use EckoSpace.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password or allow another person to use your account.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to lawfully use online services in your location. If you use EckoSpace for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.
3. Content you share
You keep ownership of content you post, upload, or submit to EckoSpace. By sharing content, you give EckoSpace a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, process, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.
4. Community conduct
You agree not to use EckoSpace to:

- 2Post illegal, hateful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
- 3Upload malware, scrape the service, bypass security, or overload our systems.
- 4Use marketplace, jobs, wallet, ads, or messaging features for fraud, spam, or deceptive activity.
5. Marketplace, jobs, ads, wallet, and business features
EckoSpace may provide business tools such as marketplace listings, job posts, advertisements, wallet balances, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and business account panels. These tools may require review, approval, payment processing, limits, or additional rules.
Marketplace transactions and job arrangements may happen directly between users. Unless clearly stated, EckoSpace is not a party to those external agreements and does not guarantee listings, buyers, sellers, employers, applicants, or outcomes.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, limit visibility, reject listings, suspend features, or restrict accounts when we believe the Terms, policies, law, safety, or platform integrity require it. We may also preserve or disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
7. Service changes and availability
EckoSpace is an evolving platform. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent storage of every item of content.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
EckoSpace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
You may stop using EckoSpace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the platform in a way that may harm users, EckoSpace, or third parties.
10. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as EckoSpace develops. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the platform or by other appropriate means. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
