Account Verification Requirements
Verification helps people recognize authentic public accounts, creators, and businesses on EckoSpace. The badge is a trust signal, not a ranking boost, endorsement, or guarantee of influence.
What verification means
A verified account has passed an EckoSpace review for identity, account completeness, public relevance, and safety. It helps other members know they are interacting with the real person, creator, brand, or organization.
Review standards
Verification is reviewed case by case. Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee approval, and EckoSpace may request extra context before making a decision.
Basic requirements
Your account must be at least 30 days old.
You must have a profile picture that clearly shows your face, brand mark, or official business identity.
Your account must be active with regular posting activity.
Complete profile requirements
Your profile should include a full name or official brand name, a clear bio description, and location information when relevant. Empty or misleading profiles are not eligible.
Identity requirements
You may need to provide a government-issued ID or official business documents. EckoSpace only asks for documents needed to confirm authenticity and eligibility.
Public presence
At least one form of public presence may be required, such as news articles, an official website, public creator profiles, business listings, or other reliable references.
Safety and policy requirements
Accounts with policy violations in the last 6 months may be declined. The account must be public, accessible, and aligned with EckoSpace community and safety rules.
Business verification
Businesses should use an official business name, recognizable brand visuals, accurate contact or location details, and documents that connect the account to the organization.
Creator verification
Creators should show consistent public work, original content, an active EckoSpace profile, and enough external presence to confirm that the account represents the real creator.
Review process
Apply: Submit the verification request from your account settings when the feature is available.
Confirm: Provide identity, business, or public presence information if requested.
Review: EckoSpace checks account quality, authenticity, public relevance, and recent safety history.
Decision: You will be approved, declined, or asked for more information.
Losing verification
EckoSpace may remove verification if an account changes ownership, impersonates another person or brand, becomes inactive, repeatedly violates policy, uses misleading profile information, or no longer meets verification requirements.
